The exclusive rental of our estate and nature sanctuary is ideal for families or groups looking for a completely bespoke experience and privacy. The property embraces lakes, trails, waterfalls, a collection of architecture and art in the landscape in 700 private hectares of pure nature surrounded by the Mata Atlantica (Atlantic rainforest), one of the most rich biodiversity hotspots in the world.

A secret about this house:
It was built by a Frenchman in 1840, Antoine Pavret, who came at the time from Lyon, the city of the current owner. A mere coincidence! 15 years ago, 9 large rooms were attached to the original structure, built with old material from other farms in Minas Gerais. A stone sculptor from São João del Rey designed the beautiful granite fountain. Each piece of the farm and each piece of furniture have their story contributing to a subtle balance, full of meaning and beauty. When not rented, this house is the main residence of the owners.
